Tim came to Lifes Adventure Overland as he wanted to utilise his truck for both work and play. He wanted to be able to utilise all of the space available in the truck bed in an easily accessible format, store his tools securely in an water and dust tight environment and to easily switch over from his work to weekend setup.

We worked together to fabricate a design that met all of these specifications and looked aesthetically pleasing.

BESPOKE NAVARA CHASSIS MOUNTED CANOPY BUILD

CANOPY

  • Full aluminium chassis mounted canopy

  • 1700mm x 1840mm x 820mm

  • Internal aluminium framework to allow for bolting of accessories directly onto canopy

  • Lockable external opening gull-wing doors allow for secure access to canopy

  • Internal full width aluminium partition

  • Internal shelf designed for storage boxes

  • Bespoke sliding fridge tray with built-in solid oak worktop

  • Custom electrical set up including:

    • Redarc battery to battery charger

    • Inverter

    • Bespoke lighting system

    • Air compressor

    • 12v power to rooftent for lighting and USB connection

  • Swing out BBQ mount

  • Bolt on aluminium rear wheel arches

  • Easily removed and replaced if damaged during off-road use
